May 2024, Grimesz was commissioned to paint a feature wall for a dance studio in Hartlepool, England. The purpose behind the mural was to be used as a backdrop for photography shoots, tutorial videos and to enhance the vibrancy and energy of the studio!
Using the Ying and Yang symbol as a basis, this piece celebrates the flow and movement involved in pole dancing and enhances the holistic experience of dance students to embrace themselves and encourage a ‘feel good’ attitude that this artform and Jasmines (Instructor and studio owner) philosphy teaches.
